1. AI Foundations Workshops

Due to the nature of our AI Foundations Workshops, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the workshop start date, you will receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel your registration between 7 and 14 days before the workshop start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date or for no-shows.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your participation in a workshop one time without penalty, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the original workshop start date.

2. Monthly Learning Subscriptions

For our Monthly Learning Subscriptions, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. Once a payment is made for a subscription period, it is non-refundable.
  • Trial Periods: If you are eligible for a free trial period, you can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

3. Project-Based Consulting

Our Project-Based Consulting services are customized to meet your specific needs. The refund policy for these services is as follows:

  • Initial Consultation: The initial consultation fee is non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel the project after the initial consultation but before the commencement of the project, you may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the costs of planning and preparation.
  • Progress-Based Payments: For projects with progress-based payments, refunds will not be issued for completed milestones.
  • Termination by Olam Bό Lev: If we terminate the project due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any uncompleted milestones.
