1. AI Foundations Workshops

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your registration for an AI Foundations Workshop more than 14 days before the workshop start date, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation within 14 Days: If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No-Show: If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Workshop Postponement: If we postpone a workshop, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the new date.
  • Workshop Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.

2. Monthly Learning Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly learning subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of subscription.
  • Subscription Changes: If you wish to change your subscription level, the changes will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle.

3. Project-Based Consulting

  • Cancellation: The terms of cancellation for project-based consulting will be outlined in the consulting agreement.
  • Refunds: Refunds for project-based consulting will be determined based on the terms of the consulting agreement and the progress of the project.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our consulting services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
